Role Description
- Engage with potential clients over the phone to understand their needs and preferences.
- Utilize persuasive techniques and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition of Deako's products and services.
- Guide prospects through the sales process, addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
- Close sales appointments by securing commitments from prospects to move forward with Deako's offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and appointments in CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and appointments.
- Continuously strive to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospects, building rapport and fostering long-term relationships.
