Perform Receptionist Job Duties
Answer Phones
Filing of Paper Documents/Record Keeping
Outgoing Mail/FedEx Processing
Incoming Mail Distribution
Create and Modify Various Documents using Microsoft Office
Photo Copying/Scanning Documents/Faxing
Organizing Electronic File Folders
Managing and Ordering of Office Supplies
Keeping Office Organized
Coordinate/Maintain Records of staff office space, phones and office keys
Keep Office Equipment Maintained
Assist Management Team with Tasks as Assigned Skills
Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic to Intermediate
Skilled at Electronic Document Organization into Folders
Able to repair minor faults in office machines, printers and scanners
Filing System Management
Multitask/Prioritize
Knowledge of Yardi Voyager 6 or 7 (Desired)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
