This position is based in Miami, Florida, and is NOT a remote position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, exceptional project management skills, coordinating marketing campaigns, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

General Responsibilities & Job Duties:

• Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with company goals and brand identity across multiple channels using an integrated marketing approach.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor, activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, KPI’s, business objective and metrics, including social media campaigns, email marketing, SEM and as well as any other mass media channels. Generate reports and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective marketing execution. Foster collaboration between departments to achieve marketing objectives and drive business growth.
• Project Management: Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting company events, webinars, and trade shows. Manage even logistic, promotional materials, and follow-up activities to maximize event impact.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of creative production tools, email marketing platforms, Social media platforms both for channel mgt and advertising, Google Adwords and Analytics, Skilled in using CRM software and specialized systems to manage data and generate reports.
• Creative and Analytical Skills: Ability to craft engaging narratives and visual content that resonates with target audiences. Experienced in analyzing performance metrics and generating insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Leadership and Mentoring: Demonstrated leadership experience as Marketing Coordinator.
• Attention to detail: Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining brand consistency and ensuring all marketing materials meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of success in both on-site and remote roles. Eager to contribute to a dynamic team and grow within the company.
  
  

Preferred:

• Extensive Experience: Proven track record in Marketing roles, including positions such as Marketing Ambassador and social media and Community Manager.
• Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Mass Media.
• Plus: Experience includes content creation, social media management, campaign coordination, and customer engagement.
  
  

Candidate must provide portfolio or case studies of previous campaigns or projects they have worked on.

Compensation:

The payment range for this position may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and additional responsibilities.

Maximum Payment: $ 30.00 per hour
