Description:
Candidate will complete general accounting and administrative duties at a federal customer office. Key responsibilities include entering routine accounting transactions, performing reconciliations, populating and extracting financial reports, auditing invoices, and communicating with all levels of client personnel to support the program mission.
Required Skills:
Proficient with Adobe programs and Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio, Teams, and PowerPoint)
Skilled at basic math and problem-solving
Understanding of elementary accounting principles and GAAP
Critical thinking and the ability to identify solutions to various issues
Generally computer literate with the ability to learn and become proficient in various DHS/MGMT/FPS programs and applications (after training).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
