Job Overview
We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our team. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring each one is seamless and memorable. Key Responsibilities

• 
  Assist in Event Planning and Execution: Support event logistics, including pre-event setup, registration, vendor coordination, and event breakdown.


• 
  Vendor and Partner Coordination: Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure event essentials, confirm schedules, and ensure all event needs are met.


• 
  On-Site Event Support: Be on-site to manage attendee needs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain event flow.


• 
  Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of event timelines, contracts, and budgets, and assist in creating post-event reports and evaluations.


• 
  Customer Service: Interact with guests to ensure a positive event experience and assist with questions or concerns.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 
  Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.


• 
  Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software.


• 
  Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, evenings, and travel if required.


• 
  Attributes: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills; ability to lift and carry event materials when needed.
