What are the responsibilities and job description for the Annuity Sales Support Consultant position at Decoding HR LLC?
In this role you will:
- The Annuity Sales Support Consultant is responsible for providing best-in-class phone and email-based support for agents and marketers related to case design, product questions, competitive positioning, illustration software training and more
- Create a positive customer service experience to help agents grow their business.
- Consult with agents with case design and illustration preparation for their clients.
- Work closely with team members to discuss product scenarios.

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and Power Point required
