RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Compare sales paperwork to product identification to verify proper part is being sent for the order
2. Visually inspect product for improper tags, stickers, and possible blemishes that need to be addressed prior to wrapping
3. Account for any accessories that are needed for the product, such as rack mounts, power cords, cables, etc.
4. Appropriately clean product, wrap product, place product in correct size box, and seal box
5. Measure and weigh product and/or boxes prior to shipping
6. Label boxes for shipping and place box on appropriate shipping pallet
7. Assists in projects within our warehouse/storage facilities
8. Maintains a high level of efficiency (KPI’s)
9. Follows all safety standards, which may include wearing appropriate safety gear
10. Participates in department and/or company training and meetings

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. 
• Experience with standard warehousing procedures and practices preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to coach and positively influence others.
• Analytical and Critical thinking skills, ability to make decisions.
• Capability to adapt and support changing organizational and operational needs.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Ability for close visual acuity, with or without corrective lenses, viewing a computer screen, reading, and/or inspection of small parts.
• Continuous improvement background desired.
• Frequently move about the warehouse to access product, move product, pack product, load/unload product, raise and or lower up to 15 pounds and independently lift up to 45 pounds on a regular basis, operate equipment and machinery (power tools, ladders, etc.)
