What are the responsibilities and job description for the RAD/CT Tech PRN position at Default Brand?
Perform Xray and CT on as needed basis. Arranges patients for radiological examinations. Produces radiographs (x-rays) to aid in the diagnosis of medical problems, Performs venipuncture and injections of Contrast media when indicated, Prevents patient from being exposed to unnecessary radiation. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Associate's degree from an accredited program and registration as a technologist by the A.R.R.T. Experience in performing CT is preferred. PRN as needed position will require availability for weekdays, nights, weekends and some holidays.
