About the Role: The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day operational transactions for defi clients, and their customers will work with a dynamic team, managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their bank and auto loan accounts. As a defi team member, you will be key in helping defi SOLUTIONS achieve desired financial outcomes as defined by client objectives. Our clients included some of the largest financial institutions and automotive finance companies in the United States!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process ACH requests
- Provide payoff quotes for consumers and dealers
- Update customer account information (i.e., address change, name change)
- Assist customers with online banking accounts (i.e., password resets)
- Order copies of checks/ payments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year's experience in a high-volume call center
- MUST have a reliable, high-speed internet connection (stipend not included)
- Intermediate proficiency with Windows-based software programs (i.e., MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Solid analytical and multi-tasking skills that result in solid decision-making skills and time management
- Ability to demonstrate, comprehend and apply our workplace values

Salary : $26,900 - $34,000
