Del Norte Animal Clinic has an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time position and will include rotating Saturday shifts.
As our next receptionist, you will be critical to our hospital team by establishing a great first impression to clients, providing visitors a warm welcome, and ensuring our day-to-day hospital flow runs smoothly. Those best fit for the role are positive, compassionate, and proactive individuals who love making a difference in the lives of pets and establishing long-term relationships with their owners.

Primary responsibilities & skills required:
- Providing first class client communication and education
- Booking appointments
- Daily assignments/scheduling
- Checking clients in and out
- Answering client questions and concerns
- Monitoring email and phone correspondence
- Scanning, copying, typing/other general office duties
- Ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is always clean and presentable
- Liaising between clients and technical team
