Open Positions:
- Carpenters
- Manufacturing Helpers
- Assemblers
- Press Brake Operators
- CNC Punch Press Operators
- Packagers
Key Responsibilities:
- Carpenters: Measure, cut, and install wood components in elevator cabs and interiors.
- Manufacturing Helpers: Assist in various production tasks, ensuring smooth operation and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Assemblers: Assemble elevator cab shells, panels, fronts, and other components, following detailed instructions and ensuring quality control.
- Press Brake Operators: Operate press brake machines to shape metal components according to specifications.
- CNC Punch Press Operators: Set up and operate CNC punch press machines to cut and shape metal parts based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Packagers: Prepare and package finished products for shipment, ensuring items are secure and labeled correctly.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a related role is required.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly as part of daily duties.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints (preferred for certain roles).
- Relevant trade certifications (a plus for carpenters, CNC punch press operators, and press brake operators).
