Beautiful, 70 bed Skilled Nursing Facility is looking for the right candidate for HR, Payroll, and Office Management Skills.
Seeking Candidates with exceptional leadership, organizational and communication skills. Have the ability to adapt to changing situations and maintain and foster teamwork. Assist with schedule creations for new employees.
This position will be responsible for the day to day operations of the business office, HR, employee relations, and payroll functions in a long term care setting.
Will complete orientation programs with staff, manage employee files, and payroll functions. Be a people leader who provides innovative solutions for human resource issues. Will also train new employees on HR practices and are accountable for the goals and resources of the department.
