Director, Healthcare Technology Management

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced individual for a Director, Healthcare Technology Management position to manage Genesis Healthcare in Zanesville, OH. This person will oversee various types of medical equipment, offer hands-on experience, and provide leadership and process-improvement expertise to the staff. This role requires a high-level leader capable of managing a team of supervisors and technical professionals. It presents a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished HTM leader looking for growth and opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of management performance within Healthcare Technology and a broad understanding of the many service aspects encountered and resolved daily. This candidate will also collaborate with regional HTM Leaders to drive operational effectiveness and client satisfaction for clinical engineering services, enhancing patient outcomes and client organization objectives.

HTM Professional Requirements:

• 5 years of experience managing biomedical services in a large healthcare system.
• Knowledgeable about regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO).
• Solution-oriented approach, critical thinking skills, and the ability to navigate and resolve conflict successfully.
• Ability to provide world-class service and develop strong partnerships with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Superior business acumen, agility, and decision-making skills regarding budget management.
• Experience leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and developing new and existing talent within the organization.
• Executive and C-Suite experience.

Position Summary:

Provides overall management and supervision of the assigned account, assuming full responsibility for the account's operational and fiscal performance, and ensuring that the mission, vision, values, and goals of the organization are met.

Basic Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Management Experience: 5 years.
• Functional Experience: 5 years in maintenance and repair of clinical devices.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience managing Biomedical Services in a large healthcare system.
• Experience in regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO).
• Executive and C-Suite experience.
