  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job description.
  • Must Be STNA certified.
  • Responsible for STNA and Nurse schedules
  • Track attendance and report absences to HR
  • Track PPD daily
  • Responsible for getting replacement when needed for floor

Experience:

  • Experience in LTC facilities/LTC staff scheduling.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software, such as Point Click Care
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing staff schedules accurately
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for interacting with staff
