The Emerging Talent Recruiting (ETR) Team within the Talent Acquisition (TA) is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell and recruiting interns and recent graduates to the company. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Part of our strategy includes identifying high-caliber talent that are gender and ethnically diverse. We create partnerships with organizations that help fuel our success in building diverse and inclusive teams. This is where you would come in! This team member would be focused on Dell’s Standing Strong Together initiative and drive strategic partnerships at Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Hispanic Servicing Institutions, and Community College’s to attract students that are pursuing associate and bachelors level degrees.

Location is flexible and can be remote however we have a strong preference for either Round Rock, TX the home of our Corporate Headquarters, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma or in a remote area where we have a number of critical school relationships. This role will require travel (approx. 20-25%) during the fall and spring recruiting seasons with minimal to moderate travel the rest of the year (ie, the summer months).

The North America ETR team, with team members across the US including California, Texas, Massachusetts, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Alabama, and North Carolina, is excited to add an Emerging Talent Recruiting Diversity Campus Manager to the team! The ETR Diversity CM will partner with our UR Diversity Program Lead to define key strategies for our diversity campuses. The CM will partner with our Talent Strategists that support our various business units and our diversity strategies at our partner diversity schools ensuring there is a clear playbook everyone is aligned to.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strategic relationships with and act as a point of contact on behalf of Dell Technologies at partner schools

  • Develop and implement effective on-campus strategies in support of our diversity recruitment goals and objectives.

  • Activities could include – monitoring (and sharing) the number of events attended, results of events, and offers extended, accepted, or declined.

  • Create or support the creation of content for students at assigned schools including personal branding, interviewing tips, resume building, personal development, etc.

  • Partner with broader Diversity and Inclusion team for curriculum design and support the execution at key schools where applicable.



Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.

  • Leadership skills including setting a strategy, achieving alignment, and the ability to provide clarity to multiple cross-functional stakeholders through clear roles and responsibilities.

  • Strong communication skills including the ability to create clear and articulate agendas and drive meetings with key stakeholders.

  • Experience facilitating in front of groups.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, and/or Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous work experience in HR or Talent Acquisition

  • Previous Program/Project Management Experience
