Role Responsibilities : Develops, qualifies and captures leads and opportunities through prospecting via phone, Internet, and social mediaFollows up on inbound leads to further qualify prospect interestCreates opportunities within an assigned region through outbound activitiesPartners with Sales Consultants in an assigned region in pursuit of driving revenue for the organization and promotion within the sales organizationDesigns a steady flow of outbound communication to drive engagementMaintains velocity to drive activity, prospective customer engagement and most important, top of funnel quality pipeline contributionBuilds rapport and cultivates relationships with a variety of team membersDemonstrates consultative sales approach by creating value-based engagementsAchieves quota with consistencyDrives to move the sales process forward with prospective customer and partners before handing over to the Sales ConsultantResponsible for arranging introductory meetings (physical and virtual) between the prospect and the Sales ConsultantDevelops relationships with the Solution Provider community and Dell to leverage relationships with the intent of contributing to pipeline growthCollaborates with own team of inside sellers to share feedback and best practicesPreferred Skills : Experience and enjoyment working in a collaborative team environmentSelf-motivated and driven for outstanding results with focus on quality and the customerDevotion to sales development, achievement and driving career forward rapidlyAbility to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing, collaborative, fast-paced environmentExcellent oral, written and social media communication skillsExcellent creative, multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skillsThe ability to work with a variety of internal groupsSolid technical aptitude and business acumenCurious, positive, and aggressive attitudeExperience working with Salesforce or similar CRMWhat we offer : Great product with a strong customer baseTeam environmentProduct TrainingOpportunities for advancement and developmentComprehensive and rich benefit plansMatching 401(k)Secureworks is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
