Work You’ll Do
This CHRO Program Impacts Leader will be responsible for CHRO Program data and analytics and insights to demonstrate Program ROI. In addition, the role will be accountable for gathering and maintaining a database of CHRO-relevant and HR related publications from within and outside of Deloitte. The data, analytics and insights role component will pull stakeholder experience feedback from across the Program, as well as mine information for data, in order to tell the CHRO program story. The research efforts will inform the content selection and agenda items for academies and Workforce Innovation Forums helping the Program team to remain cognizant of the trends and issues impacting today’s CHROs.
The CHRO Program Impacts Leader will be responsible to:
- Maintain the CHRO metrics dashboard and reporting cadence for all CHRO Program stakeholders
- Collaborate with Program leaders, Deans, Account Teams to gather and analyze program data and make recommendations for improving Program offerings
- Create and maintain a catalog of reference materials (periodicals, social media content, professional journal, etc.) and summary documents regarding HR and CHRO-related content from within and external to Deloitte
- Devise enablement strategies and approaches to engage Account Teams, client CHROs, and CHRO Labs and program alumni around Program data and analytics
- Support special projects as needed including refresh and development of shared content, Human Capital POVs, collateral, and toolkits
In carrying out these responsibilities, the goal of the Impacts Leader is to be viewed as:
- A trusted advisor to the firm and Deloitte clients to help shape and navigate the priorities of the CHRO and human capital agenda
- An ambassador the CHRO Program and Executive Accelerators helping to shape and inform perceptions of the Program components and impacts
- A known and valued point of contact for PPMDs to extend their interactions with our clients
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Becoming acquainted with the firm’s core strategic client base as well as the Lead Client Service and Lead Consulting Partners who serve these clients
- Continued development and increased awareness of the evolving role of all HR executives, CHROs in particular across clients
- Following all processes relative to maintaining independence with our attest and GPS clients
- Partnering closely with other relevant Deloitte programs
- Tracking of metrics and insights that are critical to reporting demonstrated impact and value to leadership and the practice on investments in Deloitte
The Team
- Within the CHRO Program this role directly reports to the CHRO Program Experiences Director with other reporting and responsibilities to other initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of analytics/reporting experience, with at least 2 years in HR Analytics
- Dedicated experience building and maintain dashboards
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Ability to travel up to 20%; travel will be related to key events and moments that matter
Preferred:
- Consulting Experience (Big 4 preferred)
- Degree in the quantitative, HR or business field
- Ability to draw conclusions and translate data to insights and influence with the story
- Experience in working effectively in a large, matrixed organization
- Detail and process oriented
- Comfortable working remotely/in a virtual environment
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, research
- Deep client service orientation
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102 - 171k.
