Work you’ll do
Seeking a highly motivated Human Capital professional to support an end client Intelligence Community Talent Management Team.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Development, collection, analysis, and reporting of data to answer complex ad-hoc queries
- Development of data visualizations (PowerPoint and Tableau)
- Support in advising Deloitte team and client on tools and techniques to improve the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of information using databases, spreadsheets, and structured queries of relational databases
- Working with government product owner to develop and prioritize technical requirements, develop testing scripts, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) of web applications

Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph government security clearance
- 1 years of experience in the business/HR analytics
- 1 years of experience in data analytics or data science in a professional or academic setting
- 1 years of experience in data analytics and visualization platforms (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Tableau and/or Power BI)
- 1 years of experience in client relationship management
- Bachelor’s Degree in data analytics or equivalent
- Ability to be on site 100% of the time in DC, Reston or College Park
Preferred:
- Ability to execute tasks with minimal guidance and supervision
- Experience with Python or Tableau and Tableau Server
- Experience in engaging with clients, eliciting requirements, and implementing analytics and visualization solutions
- Possession of an entrepreneurial spirit and an interest in business development
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
