Work You’ll Do
Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel to create technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models;
- Working across phases of the Waterfall, Agile Scrum, and SAP Activate methodologies for the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Onboarding, Employee Central, SAP Human Resources (HR) Time Management, and SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Payroll modules;
- Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using gap analysis and SAP SuccessFactors Workbooks;
- Leveraging ServiceNow and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to track and report on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders;
- Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Onboarding, Employee Central, SAP HR Time Management, and SAP HCM Payroll modules;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Onboarding, Employee Central, SAP HR Time Management, and SAP HCM Payroll modules; and
- Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans and configuration documents, utilizing MS Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel to communicate project tasks for implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Onboarding, Employee Central, SAP HR Time Management, and SAP HCM Payroll projects.
