- This role will work as developer/configuration specialist for Axiom reporting (a regulatory reporting BI tool).
- Individual will work closely with cross functional teams to understand requirements, design and develop most optimal solutions for US Bank regulatory reporting.
- This role requires capability to think out of box and independently run through the deliverables and assist the team along the process.
- The candidate will work on data sourcing from several ADS systems and implementing the calculations in Axiom for regulatory reporting purposes.
- The role involves complex problem solving in the areas of data warehousing including data transformations, user defined functions creation, data engineering, regression and user training.
- We are looking to hire a skilled developer for axiom development that can effectively drive the design and development of the solutions and closely work with all the stakeholders and global team members for the timely delivery.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- At least 3-4 years of experience as Axiom developer
- Advanced knowledge of configuring in Axiom SL CV (Version 9 and/or 10)
- Experience in databases (relational/document/etc.) including NoSQL databases.
- Adept using Algorithms and Data Structures to drive the architectural design.
- Hands on development of quality (i.e. readable, performing and supportable) AXIOM Code, delivering the functionality detailed in the technical specifications & helping with Axiom technical design
- Ability to do Axiom configuration from Data source, Data model, portfolios & aggregations
- Ability to analyze issues with Axiom configurations and drilldown for root cause analysis
- Development and review of PL/SQL code to support data sourcing into Axiom & understanding end to end data flow from DB to Axiom
- Ensuring code/configuration written meets the predefined company and department standards
- Review requirements documents to ensure the functional requirements are well understood
- Review PL/SQL codes to handle performance tuning exercises
- Preparation and execution of detailed unit test cases to test the Axiom code in Controller View
- Coordinate implementation including packaging of code and obtaining the required approvals
- Coordinate and communicate with business counterpart for requirement gathering and UAT testing
- Provide ongoing and post-implementation support timely

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,000-$180,000
