Work you'll do
As a Cybersecurity SME within our Cyber Risk team, you will:
- Support client's CISO with enterprise-wide current state assessments of their security posture
- Identify deficiencies and recommend remediation with appropriate safeguards and cutting-edge technology
- Support the stand up of a Cybersecurity program that emphasizes defensive capabilities that protect, detect and respond to cyber threats
- Architect a cybersecurity framework depicting how the client manages risks to systems, people, assets, data and capabilities
- Provide technical working group support and evaluate security domains such as, risk management, configuration management, identity and access management, data protection and privacy, security training, etc.
- Perform project tasks independently and may lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others
- Provides coaching to junior staff
- Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
- Use your prior experience to anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
- Contributes to proposal development

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- 5 years within Cybersecurity
- 3 years building and supporting Enterprise Security Architectures and Infrastructure Security
- Experience overseeing Cybersecurity programs that emphasizes defensive capabilities that protect, detect and respond to cyber threats
- Experience working with RMF, FIMSA and NIST 800-53
- Experience working with cyber security tools and emerging technologies
Preferred:
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
- Certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM or CISSP certification)
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Understanding of emerging technologies aligned with Zero Trust capabilities
