Position Summary:
Deloitte is seeking senior consultant candidates for a role that will help enable sales growth by working with business teams and leaders in the formation of new alliances and high priority marketplace business relationship for the Deloitte Ecosystem & Alliance (E&A) team. This position offers the unique opportunity to work across Deloitte's multi-disciplinary businesses, to develop connections and visibility to different offerings and industries, and to support our leaders to launch important go to market relationships. It is highly visible to leadership and will offer the opportunity to contribute not only to the growth of our E&A strategy but also to our broader go to market strategy in Deloitte.
Work you'll do
- Manage all PMO activities required in the life cycle of relationships formation, contribute to the development of business cases used for justification and decision-making of new alliances, track and report on the relationships they are supporting, and provide assistance to teams that might be looking to broaden existing relationships.
- Identify and execute existing processes and contribute to continuous process improvement
- Train business teams on leading practices for forming new alliances and relationships
- Identify opportunities to bring together teams from across Deloitte's businesses to form broader and more comprehensive relationships
- Coordinate across an extended team of specialists that all contribute to the successful formation of these relationships
- Participate in strategic projects within Deloitte's E&A organization

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field OR Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- 4 years of relevant professional services or industry experience
- Experience with PMO functions, including, ensuring Monitoring and Control of Project Execution Performance; developing Project Management Methodologies; coordinating Program and Portfolio Management; facilitating and improving Strategic Project Management; optimizing Resource Allocation and maximizing Resource Utilization; and creating and maintaining Collaboration-Conducive Work Environments
- Experience managing projects
- Experience coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders and teams concurrently
- Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word as well as Internet research and database tools
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Alliances and other strategic third-party relationships
- Experience in consulting environment/industry
- Experience working independently, prioritizing workload, troubleshooting, and exercising mature judgment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Executive presence and maturity to work with and guide business teams and leaders
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Nevada, California, Washington, New York City or Jersey City, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City or Jersey City and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $78,000 to $161,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
