DT Organizational Change Management - Manager
As a Manager in the Deloitte Technology-US (DT-US) Office of the CIO (OCIO) Change Management team, you will play a significant role in revolutionizing change management for technology implementation programs. Specifically, you will support our IT executive teams on change management activities for each strategic technology program/project.
As part of this team, you will participate in the design and implementation of change management strategies, plans, and activities on technology projects in support of either internal DT-US initiatives or for our Deloitte Businesses and/or other Enabling Areas.
The DT-US Organizational Change Management team is part of the Office of CIO (OCIO) and reports to the US OCIO Leader. The OCIO leads the development and implementation for technology strategy at Deloitte and drives the strategic initiatives to build market leading technology capabilities. DT-US powers IT for Deloitte's 175K professionals while supporting business priorities and transformational initiatives in areas such as AI, Cloud, and Cyber.

The IT Change Manager will support the design, implementation, and evolution of change strategies and efforts to engage, inspire, and motivate people to embrace the significant cultural and behavioral changes that are associated with large transformation programs. The Change Manager will work with leaders from the Businesses and Enabling Areas to understand their needs and address them through executable strategic change initiatives. We are looking for someone with strong change management and communication abilities who excels in creatively managing change within complex organizations. As part of your responsibilities, you will be asked to provide change management support to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. The IT Change Manager will devise new methods and procedures such as developing plans, creating content, engaging Business and/or Enabling Area stakeholders, overseeing change activities (e.g., stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis) and executing on respective plans. He/she will also provide guidance to functional areas, including coordinating with subject matter experts to identify training requirements and designs holistic, integrated training plans to drive adoption of processes and programs.
Additionally, the Change Manager will support the identification change agents and engage with them to disseminate information and gather feedback on projects. He/she will advise and provide recommendations to stakeholders on matters of significance by identifying change metrics to track, and coordinates with subject matter experts to build and maintain metrics scorecard for change readiness projects.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 to $191,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Responsibilities include:
- Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments such as stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments for key stakeholder groups to drive development of data-driven change strategies
- Support the development and implementation of fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans to accelerate ROI of initiatives; collaborate across program and technical teams to remain integrated with broader program plans
- Develop and manage execution of leadership alignment plans to drive buy-in with changes
- Work closely with subject matter experts and leadership to develop and drive consistent key program messaging and content
- Plan, develop, and work with leadership and change networks to deliver communications and creative engagement activities, driving understanding about key changes
- Measure effectiveness of change interventions and evolve plans as needed to best drive adoption and reduce risk of initiatives
- Regularly report on activity status to program leadership; work with leadership to escalate and resolve risks and issues
- Keeping informed on industry trends / leading best practices around organizational change management and proactively incorporating those leading practices into our evolving methodologies, tools, templates, processes, and organizational thinking for continuous improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Professional with 5 years of relevant experience in change management and/or communications related to strategic transformations; previous work experience with a top-tier consulting firm preferred
- Undergraduate degree in business, change management, organization effectiveness or communications required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Minimal travel required; this role is predominantly remote with the option to work from home or a nearby Deloitte office
