Caregiver

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and record vital signs of clients
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Escort clients to appointments or social outings
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Understanding of senior care principles and resident rights
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Skills:
- Proficient in performing vital signs measurements
- Familiarity with meal preparation systems and dietary restrictions
- Ability to drive clients to appointments or social outings
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of senior care principles and resident rights
- Understanding of home care procedures and assisting with ADLs
