What are the responsibilities and job description for the High Volume Recruiter position at Deluxe?
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to attract and engage highly qualified active and passive high-volume talent for Deluxe by utilizing traditional and cutting-edge sourcing methods.Partner closely with the business to fully understand their strategic direction and identify talent needs across other areas.
This is a highly visible and consultative role and will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process. You should have a creative approach to identifying talent, an understanding of market insights and the ability to prioritize, pivot and operate with a sense of urgency. This role will be a critical addition to our team, supporting high volume roles across multiple lines of business to bring top talent into our organization.
- Partner closely with business leaders to recognize key priorities and build sourcing strategies to reflect those priorities. Guide and advise business leaders with insightful market intelligence to craft the appropriate hiring process to fill open positions.
- Manage the fullcycle recruiting process effectively and efficiently; maintain the highest level of client and candidate satisfaction; and provide strong hiring process guidance and execution.Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (and get creative in uncovering new methods) to engage with passive talent.
- Leverage community resources to attract candidates.
- Ensure a high degree of data integrity in the ATS to reflect the true state of recruiting.
- Leverage recruiting metrics to identify areas of opportunity in our process and create solutions accordingly.
Our TA team is highly collaborative and operates with a One Deluxe mindset to meet business objectives and exceed the expectations of both candidates and leaders by providing insights and recommendations, establishing credibility as a trusted inclusion, diversity & equity advisor and curating engaging and impactful strategies to attract passive candidates and capture active candidates. Additionally, you will develop best practices, have opportunities to participate and lead project initiatives within the greater Talent Management Organization and participate in our many ERG's available to all of our employees.
