Overview
This position reports directly to the Manager of Talent Development & Recruiting and will perform various recruitment duties. The Recruiter will support CQ Partners customers requiring recruiting services, serve as a primary contact for internal hiring managers, support CQ Partners Recruiting Services directives to promote best practices to customers, and develop initiatives for US Audiology programs. The Recruiter will initiate recruiting engagements, create & place advertisements, source & interview candidates, and track & document activity in the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Additionally, the Recruiter will support CQ group HR as needed, develop & deliver training content to CQ Partners customers, build relationships with Au.D. program directors, and develop, maintain & distribute an Au.D. candidate database to the CQ Partners sales team. The Recruiter will have a strong ability to prioritize workload and exercise independent judgment.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with our clients to provide excellent recruiting support
- Source and screen candidates, coordinate the interview process, guide the client through the offer and negotiation process (primarily recruiting for Audiologists, Hearing Instrument Specialists, and Front Office Professionals)
- Work to meet internal KPIs like Time to Fill, Retention Rate, and Quality of Hire
- Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and drive changes as needed
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates; Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Collaborate with Recruiting team on continuous improvement of recruiting process, metrics, and more
- Partner with Manager of Talent Development & Recruiting to develop & deliver best practice recruiting and HR training content to deliver to CQ Partners clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for audiology or a related/similar healthcare field strongly preferred
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting process best practices
- Prior experience managing a requirement load of 15 or more positions
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills
- Team player who builds trust; flexible, adaptable, motivated to build strong positive relationships with team members and cross-functional partners
- Innovative; experience bringing forward new ideas and opportunities for growth
- Proven ability to creatively source candidates via different methods
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with discretion and good judgement
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience
