Tasks and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred focus in business, human resources, sociology, or psychology.
- 5 years of direct applicable Human Resource Generalist experience in a fast-paced, environment.
- Ability to quickly learn policies and practices with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse populations.
- Unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence.
- Able to make quick, effective, and principles-based decisions.
- Demonstrated customer focus, judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal) required.
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability and experience working effectively in a self-directed, proactive, results-oriented, complex, fast paced environment across all levels.
- Lean training or background preferred (non-manufacturing).
- Willingness to travel approximately up to 10%.
