Duration: 40 Hours Per Week 5*8 Hours Nights

· Weekly non-taxable stipend: $1,050

Requirements:

_LPN/LVN - working 3p-11:30p with a 4days on 2 days off schedule for 13 weeks - Need to start ASAP

We welcome all LVN/LPN profiles with the following requirements;

• Each candidate must have at least one to two years’ experience in nursing in a long-term care setting
• Each candidate MUST be COVID vaccinated COVID Booster per CA state rule AND have CA state nursing license in hand.
• Each candidate will need to have an American Heart Association CPR Card

Center Info:_

_- 120 bed facility
- 4 stations (LTC, Skilled, and Alzheimer's Unit)
- Nurse to Patient Ration - about 24-26:1 on average
- EMR: PCC
- Santa Maria is nearby and they have tons of hotels
- Any color scrubs is fine
- Full day of orientation on the 1st day._

· Requires: 1 or 2 yrs. of SNF/LTC, recent experience required

· Valid State License (required at time of submission)

· References Required

· Local candidates Accepted: Under 50-mile radius booked at LOCAL RATE/Ask AM

· Copy of Certifications – Nursys/State Certification pulled within the last 30 Days of Submission

· Specific Charting Exp: PCC (Point Click Care)
