Program Manager

DeNOVO Solutions, LLC has an opening for Program Manager to ensure all contractor staff are effectively managed and all functions in the Statement of Work (SOW) are successfully executed. The Program Manager is responsible for the strategic management and direction of the contract, as well as responsible for compliance with the SOW and government requirements. The program manager is the main representative for the entirety of the program to the US Government, including sub-contracted positions.

• Organizes, directs and coordinates the planning and production of contract support activities to be managed
• Manage program execution, removing impediments to flow, and risk and dependency management.
• Shall align teams to a shared business and technology mission and realize the accomplishment of a value stream by supporting solutions that deliver benefit to the customer
• Identifies and understands dependencies between teams and development efforts, ensuring work is executed according to those dependencies and associated risks
• Engages with users and stakeholders across the program to include (but not limited to) customers, engineers, finance/planning, and the PMO to gather needs/requirements
• Supports the architecture of wholistic solutions that enable all stakeholders to receive value from the implementation of the tools
• Advocates for growth and new opportunities with the customer

Required Skills and Experience:

• Five (5) years of Program Management experience on programs or projects similar size, scope, and complexity.
• Five (5) years of experience supporting 24/7 operational environments
• Seven (7) years of documented experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) with at least two (2) years supporting the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Ten (10) years of Program Management experience within the Intelligence Community (IC) with at least four (4) years supporting the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO)
• Seven (7) years of experience supporting 24/7 operational environments in the Intelligence Community.

Required Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
