About us

We are a family oriented automotive dent repair business that started in Oklahoma in 2000 and have grown to serve multiple locations throughout the nation. We are a full service dent repair shop that uses the latest tools and techniques to ensure your repairs are done right. Over the past 20 years we have provided all types of dent and hail repair services for family cars, local law enforcement agencies, fleet management companies, dealerships and more.

At Dent Source, we are committed to earn customers business by making the customer our Priority. We pride ourselves as having quick response times, a very courteous staff, and exceptional rates. We provide auto hail repair services for all makes and models including imports, performed by highly trained, certified technicians.

As a Dent Source Sales Representative, you are on the frontlines of lead generation and client acquisition helping vehicle owners who have hail damage get scheduled for a hail evaluation appointment.

Your primary day-to-day activities include direct vehicle owner lead generation through cold calling, remote appointment setting, and knocking on doors to find customers interested in receiving a non-committal hail evaluation with one of our hail experts.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Use call, email, text, and other various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of leads
  • Door-to-door and/or parking lot lead generation and appointment scheduling
  • Represent Dent Source in an esteemed manner
  • Provide information to customers about hail damage repair
  • Become a proficient hail damage professional with an understanding of all aspects of the product
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of leads and scheduling evaluations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday and some Saturday's
  • Ability to learn and implement coaching received through ongoing sales and leadership training

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 1 year of sales experience with a successful track record in a commission-based role
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Pay

  • Uncapped commission-based sales (Average sale commission between $2,000-$6,000 per sale)
  • Our standard is 4 sales/month
  • Volume bonuses are available
  • Six-figure annual income expected but not guaranteed
  • 1099-contractor

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $100,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
