Job Posting for Dental Receptionist at DENTIST OF WEST COVINA
We are a privately owned dental office in West Covina. We are looking for a motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, filing paperwork, knowledge of Dental Insurance and familiarity with coverage. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care to our patients. Trustworthy, team player with positive attitude • Greet patients and provide them with information about the practice and built relationships with patient • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner ability to multi task organized & detailed oriented. • Schedule appointments and maintain patient records. • Maintain a clean and organized reception area. • Assist with filing, faxing, and other administrative tasks. • Bilingual is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
