Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide backup support for urgent requests during times offshore team members are offline
- Build/alter connections, flows, visualizations in DR, Trifacta, and Tableau
- Work with project manager to oversee onboarding of clients to Media Ecosystem
- Maintain and develop best practices and standards of delivery
- Ensure offshore team members have the support and information they need to perform the duties of their role
- Work with project manager to make sure processes are being followed, goals being met, and responsibilities are clear
- Learn independently and proactively address challenges
- Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks in a highly dynamic environment
- Act as a first point of escalation across various functions to ensure swift resolution of all issues, bugs, and change requests
- Evaluate and suggest areas of improvement in process or approach
- Provide feedback to larger team about Media Ecosystem Data Refinery platform
- Work closely with director to maintain and develop best practices and standards of delivery
- Communicate efficiently across all levels of organization
- Willing to participate in larger Media Effectiveness group
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in experience with data management
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent understanding of data transformation flows and logic
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills across on- and offshore team members
- Ability to follow and enhance processes
- Familiarity with front end visualization tools (Tableau and PowerBI)
- Familiarity with time and project management
- Attention to detail and high threshold for quality of data
- Ability to handle shifting priorities across multiple siloed client teams
- An enthusiastic and committed attitude, flexible problem-solver, open to participate and promote change within the organization
- Track record of self-development and independent professional growth
- Media/Advertising knowledge a strong plus
- Nice to have: experience with Adverity, Hive, Trifacta
