Job Description
As the eRetail Media Lead, you will oversee the strategic and tactical execution of the search and display media teams across priority retailers for the client. We're looking for someone with a strong background in media with general cross-channel expertise as well as in-platform or experience with oversight specific to eRetail media networks. You will work closely with the client to identify their specific needs, business objectives and help identify and implement products, processes and services that help achieve their goals and strengthen the relationship. You will partner closely with the Shopper Marketing Lead counterpart and will both ladder up into the Integrated Business Lead.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience working in digital media with a focus on eRetail, retail media networks, or shopper marketing
- Background in Amazon or Walmart (or similar) eRetail Media Network
- Experience managing accounts at an agency, consultancy or within a marketing department
- Previous in-platform experience ideal but overall media knowledge
- Experience managing client relationships, ideal if leading cross-functional teams and budget management
- Diverse digital marketing background with a focus on eCommerce.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture strong, productive and trusted client relationships
- Experience working on large, high-velocity accounts, handles fast-pace and change with ease.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
- Fosters a highly collaborative working environment
- A strong communicator and leader with sound business acumen. Comfortable operating in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
- Creative thinking and problem solving
