Job Description
The Manager, Growth supports the Media Practice Area Growth Team as well as facilitates the pitch processes within business.
You will be working with both existing client partners and brands but will also respond and identify new client engagement opportunities. This role routinely interfaces with VP, SVP, and C-Level dentsu Media Service Line leadership as well as high-level client executives.
You will report directly to our VP, Growth.
This role is a great opportunity for someone with great time management skills who loves bringing people together by overseeing the pitch process through problem-solving and coaching/motivating teams.

You Will
- Manage all new business activity, participating wherever appropriate in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of growth efforts and projects
- Assist the Directors of Growth and Chief Growth Officer in the development of a revenue growth strategy, with emphasis on new clients
- Work closely with the pitch team and all departments to ensure aspects of the new business effort are completed according to process, schedule and expectation
- Lead the development of RFP responses, in partnership with the new business team and key agency leaders
- Gather and maintain agency credentials, case studies, biographies for RFPs and presentations, and authors refresh content as needed to make sure most exciting and relevant story and work is utilized Lead a process that drives teams to strong, strategic presentations
- Bring creativity and inspiration to the team
- Gather potential client and competitive background information to help brief pitch teams and build winning pitch strategies
- Prepare and review consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and new business proposals and plans
- Clearly articulate the benefits and advantages the agency’s services provide
