Job Description
Juinor Managers are responsible for managing digital campaigns across clients within the dentsu portfolio of agencies including Carat, dentsuX/360i, and iProspect. Managers support account leadership to provide key client communication on coordination and execution digital campaigns across multiple channels. The role will include on-the-job training in industry landscape and technologies, managerial skills, technology partnerships, campaign management, client services, ad trafficking, analysis, and communications.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients’ digital media campaigns, cross-channel
- Leads team to complete tasks in an effective manner
- Analyze data, interpret, and communicate insights from multiple sources to make complex optimizations to enhance pace and performance
- Deploys and/or Quality Assures all campaigns, reporting and billing
- Communicates effectively with client centers, handles day-to-day with ease, and works with account leads to develop client-ready presentations
- Executes complex, large scale, fast moving campaigns flawlessly
- Compile's data and insights for larger reporting initiatives
- Informed of proposal and planning process, able to take a media plan and translate to robust campaign strategy in buying platform
- Assist with proposals and overarching campaign strategy
- Consistent exceptional project management outside of basic campaign demands
- Proficient with platforms and technology needed to execute digital campaigns
- Understand and implement audience strategy across client roster, audience definitions and source of data elements
- Contribute to the negotiation process with site vendors, based on individual Brand needs (as defined by Brief, DBA) and campaign objectives
- Assist with pixel and tag generation, implementation, and quality assurance
- Deep understanding of client analytics tools
Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience within the digital industry
- Experience leading a team is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation and analytical skills
- Expert in vendor capabilities, value proposition, and opportunities
- Collaboration mindset/team player
- Ability to retain professionalism in all situations
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to project management and follow-through
- Proactive work ethic
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Solutions orientated with strong critical thinking abilities and problem-solving skills

- Experience working with business applications; MS Office Suite required

For individuals assigned to and/or hired in Colorado, the anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000, which is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other job-related qualifications. Pay ranges in locations other than Colorado may differ based on labor market wage rates in those locations.
