Key Lime Air / Denver Air Connection is seeking a Full-Time Recruiter for our growing company

Key Lime Air / Denver Air Connection is a growing regional airline with over 27 years of history in the aviation industry. Our operations include scheduled passenger, private charters, and cargo.

The Recruiter acts in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner while sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates for open positions across our areas of operation.

Your Responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple
• Contact candidates through Phone, Email, Text and Social Media Platforms
• Evaluate candidates and provide documented notes for hiring manager’s review
• Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews based off of candidate and hiring manager schedules
• Follow up and communicate pipeline process with hiring managers

Minimum Qualifications

· Excellent customer relationship building skills, at least 1 year of experience preferred

· Excellent organizational skills

· Excellent multi-tasking skills

· Strong computer skills

· Professional integrity

· Appropriate judgement skills

· Punctual and Dependable

· A professional appearance

· High School or Equivalent degree preferred

· Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States

Salary

· $25 per hour

Schedule

· Full Time position at 40 hours per week

· Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM

· Travel Required
