The role of our coordinators is to support the Project Management team in preparing documentation, equipment, resources and information to help implement and install upcoming projects. Their main duties include helping with budgets, ordering materials and work schedules to ensure that all deadlines for projects are met. This is a ground floor exciting opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, who is looking for a long term career with opportunity for growth. Must have proven office experience or equivalent education.

Some of the job duties are but not limited to:

  • Help to issue submittals
  • Help ordering and tracking materials
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches
  • Help oversee current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Project correspondences, i.e. billing questions, change order requests, follow up emails
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses to ensure they are in line with what was bid
  • Help with project billing

Having advanced organization skills and an attention to detail are critical for this role as well as being able to work with different software programs aside from just MS Office and Google Suite and a history in project coordination.

This position is open to Colorado Candidates only and is M-F 8AM-5PM, in the office – we do not offer remote work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
