COORDINATOR, TALENT ACQUISITION, TEMPORARY (JOB ID: 68078)

TEMPORARY - HOURLY
FTE: 1.0
Salary Range: $19.00
4 month funded position, Monday - Friday (40 hours per week - regular business hours).
Located at 1860 Lincoln St., Denver 80602 (remote work not available).

Essential Functions and Objectives:

This position will support the Talent Acquisition Team with the following:

  • Logistics, scheduling and prep for hiring events, job fairs, open houses, conferences, and any other district sponsored event.

  • Position and requisition support for Summer Programs.

  • Provide backup support for:

External and internal job postings, logistics support for recruiters.

General sourcing and screening during high volumes.

Candidate follow up and pre-boarding transactions.

  • Additional administrative support for the Office of Talent may be required.

Knowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:

  • One (1) plus years of customer service or related field.

  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Effectively handles multiple demands and competing deadlines.

  • The ability to take responsibility for one’s own performance.

  • Works collaboratively with others on a team.

  • High degree of integrity in handling confidential information.

  • Ability to function at a high level in a very fast-paced, values-driven and customer-focused environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google products including Google Docs. Google Sheets, Google Slides.

Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).

  • Must have the ability to attend recruiting events and conferences.

- Limited vacation and personal time available June - September 2024 due to critical operation support needed.
