$12 - $15.50 hourly
Responsibilities:- Participate in the forward planning process to ensure the building will be well-maintained in the future
- Document job changes and daily construction work tasks to assist the project manager with paperwork
- Complete final preparations and walk homes or buildings with the construction manager and the client
- Secure on-site material deliveries, prepare materials for returns, fill out purchase orders, remove debris, and handle waste removal properly
- Ensure maintenance of a clean job site, watering the yard as needed to create a good exterior appearance
- Maintain job site cleanliness and organization
- Assist with general maintenance and utility of office and properties material waste and garbage trailer management
- Pick up and deliver material orders
- Vehicle maintenance
- Understand some basic skills and construction methods and know how to use some construction tools and equipment
- Maintain good physical stamina to climb ladders and stairs, work outdoors for long periods of time
- Have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- History of professionalism, being a team player, adhering to project schedules, regular attendance at work, and a strong work ethic
- Must have graduated high school or has GED
- Display a strong work ethic and teamwork skills
