What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training and Development Spec4 position at Dept of State Health Services?
Attends work on a regular and predictable schedule in accordance with agency leave policy and performs other duties as assigned.
(35%) Leads, assists, or participates in the coordination and/or facilitation of Immunization-related training in a classroom, distance learning, or e-learning environment; facilitates workshops and meetings.
(25%) Assists in identifying training-related issues and ensures the effective use of modern training methods and techniques. Participates in solving training problems and ensuring the effective use of modern training
methods and techniques; promotes the use of training services. Analyzes training content for accessibility; and recommends changes to make content accessible and remediates accessibility issues.
(15%) Assisting the Vaccine Operations Group Manger and TVFC Program Manager in the creation and distribution of training materials for both internal and external audiences. Deliver presentations on an as-needed basis.
(10%) Compiles and evaluates data and prepares reports on training program’s effectiveness.
(10%) Supports overall TVFC and ASN Program activities, including but not limited to Communication and Engagement, and Public Information.
(5%) Other duties as assigned include but are not limited to actively participating and/or serving in a supporting role to meet the agency’s obligations for disaster response and/or recovery or Continuity of Operations (COOP) activation. Such participation may require an alternate shift pattern assignment and/or location.
