Dermatology for Animals is seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience in the veterinary field to work at our Hoffman Estates (Chicago) location. This is a full-time position, four 10-hour shifts, no weekends!
Dermatology for Animals is a nationwide company with 18 locations. Our Customer Service Representatives are valued team members, working alongside Dermatology Specialty Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians to improve the quality of our patients' lives, treating allergies and skin diseases.

Qualifications and skills:
· At least 1 year experience as a Veterinary Receptionist
· Excellent communication skills
· Team player/plays well with other team members
· Positive attitude
· Enhancing reputation of the practice through client interactions and client education
· Accepting ownership for success /self-motivated
· Excellent Organizational skills
· Basic computer knowledge
· Ability to multitask
· Detail oriented/organized
