Course Stand Attendant

Assistant Clubhouse Manager
General Summary:
Serves food and beverages to members and guests at the Stands on the golf courses.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares the products according to instructions.
- Ensures that all sales are properly accounted for: Tickets Signed, Member Number, etc.
- Keeps all work areas clean in accordance with sanitation rules.
- Follows sanitation sheets and turns in daily.
- Mixes and serves alcoholic drinks to order, ensuring that the proper charges are being made.
- Checks IDs of those not of obvious drinking age. (You must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.)
- Organizes tickets and turns into the front desk at the close of each shift.
- Ensures compliance with various state statutes and Club policy on alcohol service.
- Be courteous, obliging, and attentive. Always greet members and guests with eye contact and a SMILE.
- Inspect all baskets, trays, and cups for cleanliness before serving.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
Work is performed in a controlled atmosphere which includes the outdoor patio and poolside. Position requires long periods of walking and standing. Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. is required from time to time.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Must be neat, cooperative, and cheerful with member and fellow employees.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to be courteous in greeting members and communicating menu items.
- Previous food and beverage service is preferred, but not required.
