I. Purpose:
The following job description has been developed to clarify the desired activities and focus of Protektive Pak Customer Sales Support (CSS). The purpose of the CSS is to handle daily procedures supporting the sales efforts.
The primary job activities include:
- Answer Incoming Calls – First on Phone Rotation
- Process purchase orders
- Enter Sample Orders
- Convert e-comm orders
- Provide quotes for standard pricing
- Respond to incoming requests to check inventory and order status
- Provide Tracking Information
- Gather contact information from purchase orders to update internal database
- Process basic requotes
II. Description of Required Activities/Focus:
- CSS is to ensure that all daily procedures are done by using the most current procedures.
- CSS is expected to become knowledgeable of all core software programs to effectively perform the job.
- Orders need to be processed per the Standard Terms and Conditions
- CSS is expected to relay any pertinent sales information to ISR, and/or Brand Manager to keep all parties involved in the sales process.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
