JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the service and installation of Ansul fire systems, within a kitchen setting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Educational and experience requirements include: 2 years' experience in the skill of service and installation of Ansul fire systems, within a kitchen setting.
State certification in the service and installation of Ansul systems or ability to obtain state certification.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Competent computer skills in the use of technology, including IPAD.
Strong customer relations skills.
Ability to work independently. Must have experience with hand tools (pipe wrenches, channel locks, screw drivers) and pipe cutting and threading machine.
A valid driver's license and vehicle capable of transporting extinguishers according to legal requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Cut pipe, install detection systems, perform repairs and modifications, read plans, and perform final inspections with the authority having jurisdiction (example: fire department).
Perform test to ensure systems are in proper working order.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
