What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service / Sales Support Associate position at Destination Athlete of Hunterdon?
This is a new full-time role created to support the growing needs of our business. Candidates for this position must be comfortable multitasking and communicating with customers.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Follow up
- Follow up on customer inquiries via phone and email
- First line of contact answering the phone
- Assist operations to manage backorders
- Manage varsity jacket appointments and process jacket orders
Online Team Store Sales
- Build/create online team stores
- Source images needed for online stores
- Work with the sales team to confirm final customer logos and provide direction to the art team to create online store images
- Possibly work directly with clients to develop online stores
Administrative
- Maintain accurate filing for bulk orders and team stores
- Provide administrative support to Sales team
- Assist in the launching of a new system implementation
- Create sales orders
- Track orders through the decoration process to confirm orders are completed on time
Job Requirements:
- Passionate about delivering a great customer experience
- Have an outgoing, friendly personality and positive attitude
- Basic Excel and Word computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High-level of accuracy & attention to detail is a must
- Professional and very organized

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
