Destination Kia, located in Yorkville, and the #1 volume Kia dealer throughout the region, is seeking motivated sales consultants to join our team!

We are looking for sales consultants who can learn quickly and generate results quickly. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in all of our models and be able to deliver high quality customer service while finding each customer a vehicle that fits their needs perfectly. If you have a knack for sales and a passion for Kia, we want to hear from you!

Must:

  • Be able to meet sales goals
  • Work with marketing to grow customer base
  • Have the ability to collaborate with sales managers & finance team to finalize deals
  • Assist in setting up the sales lot or showroom floor for promotions display models
  • Have outstanding communication and listening skills
  • Be customer focused

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Previous car sales experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer skills

Pay: $64,789.00 - $100,000.00 per year
