What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer service agent position at Destinee Travel?
We are looking for a dedicated and selfmotivated individual to join our team as a Travel Agent. The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service and will require the ability to work independently.
No experience needed we will provide training and credentials. This is a 100% remote job.
Essential Functions :
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Work with clients to determine their needs and ist them with their travel arrangements. (including but not limited to : flights cruises theme parks hotel / resort accommodation rental cars)
- Complete required certification within a timely manner.
- Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners.
- Must have reliable internet with a smartphone and / or a computer.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be in the United States.
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred but not necessary).
- Must be able to read write speak and understand English.
- Be able to stay organized.
