What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care Sales Rep position at Detoff Cares Inc?
- Identify and Market all local referral centers (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living with rehabilitation or respite care, doctors’ offices, and other health providers) and manage newly generated lead sources
- Arrange presentations of our home care services at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctor’s offices, and private companies
- Track networking efforts and review with client coordinators regularly
- Develop sales and marketing plans, detailing weekly and monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals.
- Develop a database of qualified leads from referrals through cold calling on referral providers, email, telephone, and web.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to meet the company’s growth targets.
- Be independent-minded, have a solid work ethic, great communication skills, and be detail-oriented.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
