About the Graduate programme
Based in one of the world’s global financial centres, you will gain valuable insight into a variety of teams with experienced professionals who develop best-in-class products and manage high-value portfolios. Along the way, you will gain vital experience at the heart of a progressive business whilst being exposed to a range of areas, from the client Coverage division to the Product & the Investment division. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our DWS Graduate Programme, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This Graduate programme is an ideal way to deepen your Financial Services & Asset Management knowledge.
Our 6 months DWS Graduate programme consists of a technical training period and is followed by three job rotations where you will gain a wide range of practical experience o different desks.
The participation in speaker sessions, a variety of networking events and soft skills development opportunities will all form part of the graduate programme.
As our DWS Graduate you will:
Analyse market trends, competitors, stocks and much more
Create presentations and supporting materials for your colleagues
Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues across different departments
Challenge the norm and contribute your own ideas and improvement suggestions
Solve challenges together with your team
Take accountability for your actions
