What are the responsibilities and job description for the CLINICAL DIRECTOR (#2022-28041) position at Devereux?
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Director, based out of our Rutland, MA campus. This is an ideal position for someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, and superior clinical and supervisory experience, providing guidance for clinicians and other interdisciplinary milieu members who support children, adolescents, and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, neuro-developmental disorders (including ASD), and co-occurring mental and behavioral health issues.

The ability to provide quality clinical programming and treatment.
Mentoring and developing clinical staff.
Developing and maintaining evidenced based clinical program models.
